The new design with optibelt RED POWER 3 V-belts enables a space-saving and cost-effective design thanks to a reduced number of belts and the associated lower axle and bearing loads.

Its multiple service life and significantly reduced maintenance requirements make the optibelt RED POWER 3 a problem solver in overloaded drives with conventional V-belts. Cost savings of up to 35% are possible thanks to lower maintenance costs and a reduced need for replacement due to fewer belts and smaller pulleys. Conventional V-belts require regular re-tensioning throughout their service life. The maintenance-free optibelt RED POWER 3 eliminates this additional work and cost expenditure.

Powerful to the limit

The optibelt RED POWER 3 achieves up to 50% higher performance than conventional V-belts. This means that fewer belts are required for power transmission, which is why sustainable cost savings are made possible thanks to narrower pulleys. Smaller pulley diameters can be used with the same number of belts.
