For linear drives

Final optibelt ALPHA LINEAR timing belts are made of extruded, thermoplastic polyurethane and edge-parallel tension members. They are dimensionally stable and ideally suited for linear drives thanks to their precise positioning.

Customisable

In an additional, downstream extrusion process, transparent polyurethane with a hardness of 85 Shore A with the designation T2 or PU foam yellow and other materials and designs can be applied directly to the belt as an alternative to the ‘reinforced backing’ version.

Flexible use

The optibelt ALPHA LINEAR timing belt can optionally be fitted with a thin fabric on the tooth side to minimise friction or noise. A backside fabric is also possible.
