Optibelt hollow round belts are particularly suitable for use in lightweight drive and conveyor systems, especially with smaller pulley diameters. Available by the meter in 75 Shore A in the diameters 4.8 / 6.3 / 8 / 9.5 mm red/smooth and in 85 Shore A 4.8 / 6.3 mm green/rough, they resemble a robust, thick-walled hose and can be used flexibly thanks to this special property.

A secure connection

Hollow round belts should always be welded, but they can also be joined securely and with high tensile strength using special brass metal nipples. This variant can be implemented quickly and easily directly on site and achieves optimum results for short-term bridging of downtimes caused by belt breakage or as a permanent solution for drives and transports with low loads and low speeds.
