Patented solution

The optibelt ATC-SYSTEM is a patented system solution and consists of an extruded polyurethane timing belt. With its embossed ATC pockets, it serves as a cost-effective solution in flexible systems and the user of the ATC system can quickly and easily mount screw-on cams over any tooth on site. The connection can be screwed on and loosened directly by the user. This means that different conveyor shapes can be adapted on the same drive and base belt using different screw-on cams. The cost of stocking up on wear and spare parts can be reduced thanks to detachable cam fastening.

ATC system

ATC inserts also enable the direct screwing on of e.g. high-precision metal workpiece carriers without welded-on, specially manufactured cams with inserts. Screw-on cams can also transmit higher forces compared to non-detachably connected cams. In addition, the minimum pulley diameter can be selected to be smaller for the same fastening thickness. Screw-on cams for the ATC system are available on request.

Fully operational

With the ATC system, an ATC-IN insert is placed in the prepared recess in the tooth to screw on the screw-on cam. These recesses are present in all teeth of the optibelt ALPHA V timing belt in the ATC10 and ATC20 profiles.
